Thank you for shopping with Scarlett Arrow. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.00
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $300 or more
  • Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): $25.00

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

High-Value Orders
A signature may be required upon delivery for select high-value orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@scarlettarrowjewelry.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
